By registering, accessing or using the Magnum 888 platform in any way, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the original sender, subject to an administrative fee.

The following are strictly prohibited on the Magnum 888 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Multiple account ownership — registering more than one account under your own name or using another person's information
• Money laundering — using the Magnum 888 platform to conceal or transfer illicit funds
• Bonus fraud — opening multiple accounts or using unauthorised methods to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Use of bots or automated software — using any unauthorised tool to automate gameplay
• Game collusion — colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Hacking or attempted system intrusion — any attempt to access, alter or damage Magnum 888 systems
• Use of VPN to bypass regional restrictions — using location-masking tools to access the platform from a restricted region

Magnum 888 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, the following:

• Breach of any part of these terms and conditions
• Suspected fraud or unlawful activity
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe
• Requests from relevant authorities
• Account closure requested by the member

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the Magnum 888 support team. In the case of voluntary closure, any valid remaining balance will be returned upon successful identity verification, typically within 5–7 business days.
